Women’s Ketamine Peer Group

Six women with diverse hair styles and colors standing close together outdoors, their arms around each other's waists or shoulders, with a flowering tree and green foliage behind them.

Now gathering interest. Reach out for details.

I am gathering interest from those who would like to participate in a peer group for ongoing personal growth and healing. This group will include preparation, a medicine experience facilitated by a medical provider trained in the use of ketamine, and integration to promote meaning-making of the experience. Depending upon the number of participants, group members may have a partner for whom they will sit/have a partner sit for them during their ketamine experience, or participants may all experience ketamine in one round with group facilitators holding space (no more than 3 participants for each facilitator).

To be invited to a group, participants must first have had a medical intake with the medical provider to determine eligibility for ketamine, followed by an individual ketamine experience co-facilitated by the medical provider and me to determine if group ketamine work will be a good fit.

Facilitated Women’s Circles

Two stacks of books on a white surface with a plain white wall background. The left stack has several books with black, white, and tan covers, and the right stack has white books with a small potted plant on top. There is sunlight casting shadows across the books.

Small facilitated circles for women seeking deeper connections, meaningful conversations, and a place to belong with shared readings as an anchor. Book groups meet at regular intervals, with participants reading the same material between gatherings and coming together for guided discussion and peer support. Themes may include personal growth, stages of development through the lifespan, trauma, relationships, emotional literacy, or grief and loss.
