Hi, I’m Jennifer!

Some of my earliest memories involve the noticing of and desire to alleviate the suffering of others. This led me as a young person to seek work that was personally meaningful, and I was eventually drawn to therapeutic bodywork. I spent a few years as a massage therapist and massage teacher, sharing with my students the trauma-informed and integrative lens that I naturally gravitated toward. I recognized even then that one-size-does-not-fit-all, and I quickly became dissatisfied with the limitations of that particular work. I returned to college at 38, bringing with me a somatic orientation that confused and sometimes put-off many of my professors and peers, but I was steadfast in my deep sense of knowing that the body is central to our healing.

Now, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW85367) committed to helping my clients deepen their understanding of themselves and gain more satisfaction from life.

I am also an EMDR®-trained therapist, SoulCollage®facilitator, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy provider, and  Zero Balancing® practitioner.

I obtained my initial Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training from Polaris Insight Center (2020/2021), and I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy by the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (2025). I have a deep appreciation for the transformative qualities of the ketamine molecule and engage in ongoing professional and personal development and Right-relationship with it.

My Process

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative: Working in partnership, I provide non-judgmental and compassionate support as you explore your inner landscape, discover patterns of thinking and behaving that are rooted in the past and are no longer of service to you, build healthier relationships with self and others, address uncomfortable mood and/or trauma symptoms, become more embodied, and experience post-traumatic growth.

My goal is to help you discover your own innate healing intelligence to decrease the impact of mood symptoms, trauma or other stressors as you move toward optimal well-being.

See how we may work together.
